WELL... FT. THOMAS IS JUST A WEEK AWAY!...
I am fairly excited about the show, seeing friends from around the country and talking some serious 1:6th. But I am also excited about post - Ft. Thomas. I am seeing it as an opportunity to get back into what I really love doing in this hobby, which is taking pictures, and building comics. I have spent a good amount of time and money trying to get new characters ready for a re-launch of my Batman - GOTHAM JOURNAL - Saga. I've finally got a new "costumed" Robin that I am happy with and I have added new figures for Bruce Wayne, Alfred and Commissioner Gordon, all with Hot Toy sculpts. I've added some other characters too, but take a look at my newly revised BATMAN PREVIEW page to see everything. I am pretty jazzed about the project and I plan to start shooting pictures the week following the show.
I'm also excited about my newest comic; Hairy Putter - Wizards in Space. I don't even know where this one is going yet, but I intend to have fun with it and do some wild and crazy (and hopefully funny) things throughout the course of the series. You can see the first episode now, just follow the link on the home page and the series officially blasts off in the new year.
I am also looking forward to re-launches of VIETNAM STORY and STAR TREK-FIRST GENERATION in the new year. I have a new set for Firebase Cooper and I can't wait to use it in the first new episode of my Vietnam Saga. And there will be more of Sheriff Roy and the "good" citizens of Broken Springs in 2015. There is a lot more story to tell there. I am anxious to continue that one as well.
So... I guess what I am saying is expect some new content in the new year, I know I am looking forward to the journey. - PM
