A couple of posts below, I talked about my various modeling projects and if you read that post, you know there are 14 projects listed. I also have some Comic Book projects that I would like to get back to and that is what I would like to write about next...

...TO START WITH... there are a couple of series that I would like to continue... the first one is; Star Trek - The First Generation. I kind of left this comic on a cliff hanger and it has been two or three years since I have done anything with it. It would be nice to at least resolve the story rather than continue to leave it hanging out there. I have the ending of the episode all worked out in my mind, I just haven't bothered to shoot it. Honestly, I am not sure why I haven't gotten back to it, other than a lack of time, or interest.
...NEXT... There is my G.I. Diary mainstay; VIETNAM STORY. I really left this one on a precipice. When we left that story, the platoon was trying to get back to the firebase, a tidal wave of VC hot on their trail. The firebase is the target of an enemy offensive and the unit needs to get back in time to help defend it. It has been at least two years since I posted the episode and once again I have left my characters hanging.
I definitely want to get back to this story and move it along. Without a doubt this is my favorite comic piece that I have worked on.
...THEN... There was a little thing called GOTHAM JOURNAL, an alternative telling of Batman. In my story, Robin is a female on the fringes of the law. I thought that the one and only story that I did was fairly good, but I am not sure that I want to continue it. It is very difficult to put together simply because I do not have, nor can I afford to build the sets that I need to have to tell the story the way I would like to. I may revisit it at some point in time, but right now I am not planning to continue it.
...MORE RECENTLY...I did a little WWII piece that I called "COMBAT! PATROL". It was a little 5 page piece that I did with some early war American figures. It was supposed to be a parody of sorts on the TV show COMBAT! It occurred to me as I was working on this blog posting that I have never even put the piece on the website, so perhaps I should do that. I think it only ran on the club message board - DISPATCHES. This is a comic that I think I might continue. It is sort of a back yard piece and is easy to put together. It is intended to do as short little episodes that can be done quickly and put out there to fill the gaps of time that the larger projects create.
